File a Complaint

To file a complaint against another rider (i.e. he/she never arrived at the meeting point, or he/she did not pay their fare share, or any other issue you may have had with another rider) Complaints are taken seriously and in most cases we will contact the other rider to notify them that he/she has been put under review.
